NHTSA's summary
Some Reman 3126 HEUI Injectors were shipped with incorrect Case Orings (P/N 148-2903) These Orings are shipped in a separate kit with the Injector. Please use 148-2903 Oring from dealer stock to replace any incorrect Orings. Incorrect Oring is larger in internal diameter & thinner if installed will be loose on the nozzle case. Submit a part stock warranty claim for the incorrect O-ring. Please include injector serial number in the claim. Service Letter PI70680 Approved 9/25/2017.
