Service bulletin T-SB-0014-18
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
TSB: Some 2016 model year Prius vehicles may exhibit a MIL ?ON? condition with Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) P1CB7A2 (Motor Generator System Voltage Low). The Hybrid Vehicle Control Computer (ECU) logic has been modified. Follow the Repair Procedure in this bulletin to address this condition. NOTE This Service Bulletin applies to both Nickel-Metal Hydride (NiMH) and Lithium Ion (Li-ion) equipped 2016 Prius vehicles.

| T-SB-0074-20 | 2020-09-14. Service bulletin. TSB: Some 2003 ? 2020 model year Prius, Prius C, Prius V; 2006 ? 2019 model year Highlander Hybrid Vehicle; 2007 ? 2020 Camry Hybrid Vehicle; 2013 ? 2020 model year Avalon Hybrid Vehicle; 2016 ? 2020 model year Mirai and RAV4 Hybrid Vehicle; and 2020 model year Corolla Hybrid Vehicles may exhibit a MIL ON condition with Diagnostic Trouble Codes (DTCs) P0A80/P1AC000 and/or P0A7F/P1A8000 stored due to dust or debris buildup in the HV battery cooling fan and/or HV cooling filter. Follow the procedure in this bulletin to address this condition. |

| TTT043217 Rev1 | 2018-12-17. Service bulletin. TT: Some Customers may complain about a Hybrid Vehicle Battery cooling system warning message. This warning message may appear when the HV Battery cooling system loses efficiency due to debris on the filter and or some object obstructing the air inlet. |

| T-TT-0395-16 | 2018-06-11. Service bulletin. TT: HV Batteries have liquid filled cell modules, to prevent leakage from cells, it is very important to confirm the proper orientation mark of the DRC. |
| T-TT-0365-15 | 2018-04-23. Service bulletin. TT: A vehicle may arrive to the dealer with a MIL ?ON? condition and P0A80 stored in the memory. Some cases have been identified with internal modification done to the HV Battery. Modified or altered parts are not covered under warranty. |
| T-SB-0241-17 | 2018-04-02. Service bulletin. TSB: Some 2016 ? 2017 model year Prius vehicles equipped with a NiMH HV battery may exhibit one or both of the following conditions after repeated driving on long downhill slopes: ? When accelerating from a stop, or from extremely low speeds, the vehicle may have a reduction in power. ? The HV battery monitor on the multi-information display continually shows one bar, indicating that the battery State-Of-Charge (SOC) is at its lowest level. The Hybrid Control Computer (HV ECU) logic has been modified to reduce the possibility of these conditions. |
| T-TT-0365-15 Rev | 2018-04-02. Service bulletin. TT: A vehicle may arrive to the dealer with a MIL ?ON? condition and P0A80 or P1AC000 stored in the memory. Some cases have been identified with internal modification done to the HV Battery. Modified or altered parts are not covered under warranty. |
| T-SB-0025-15 | 2017-08-14. Service bulletin. TSB: While a vehicle is in inventory, the battery is subject to conditions that can reduce its performance and life. Batteries can become discharged due to an extended storage period, temperature, parasitic drain, or while demonstrating vehicle features and benefits in the sales process. Battery inspection and maintenance are required in order to ensure proper operation and optimal battery life. As described in this bulletin, operating the engine for 30 minutes after 60 days in storage and every 30 days thereafter will help to maintain battery State of Charge (SOC). This process supplements other movements of the vehicle as it is staged, and has specific restrictions on how maintenance is to be done. Also described in this bulletin are 2 other approved methods for maintaining battery State of Charge. |
| T-SB-0087-14 Rev | 2017-08-14. Service bulletin. TSB: Prius and Mirai vehicles are equipped with 2 types of batteries: * Hybrid Vehicle (HV) battery * 12-volt auxiliary battery If Prius or Mirai vehicles are put into storage, the state of charge (SOC) of its HV battery and auxiliary battery will gradually decrease. To prevent the auxiliary battery from becoming discharged during storage, proper maintenance is necessary. Please perform the following maintenance service for the HV battery and 12-volt auxiliary battery. NOTE * Before disconnecting the auxiliary battery, confirm the shift lever is in the "P" position and apply the parking brake completely. The shift lever CANNOT be shifted from the "P" position with the 12-volt auxiliary battery disconnected. * If the negative (-) terminal of the auxiliary battery is reconnected, even if the power button is in the "START" mode, the hybrid/fuel cell system may NOT start. In this case, push the "POWER" button and select the "START" mode again to start the hybrid/fuel cell system (the "READY" light is ON). If the hybrid/fuel cell system still does NOT start (the "READY" light is OFF), refer to the Repair Manual. |
