Service bulletin TSB 510
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Newmar has determined that certain coaches may have had a substitute water pump installed during the manufacturing process. Issue: The substitution pump requires a 15 amp fuse in lieu of the 10 amp fuse that was installed. This does not pose a safety issue, but the user may overload the 10 amp fuse during pump operation.
