Service bulletin C1937
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
This Emissions Campaign is being issued to recalibrate the Engine Control Module (ECM) of certain ISX12 CM2350 engines. It provides authorization for certified repair locations to recalibrate the ECM with updated software. The calibration update allows certain NOx sensor diagnostics to run more frequently.
