Service bulletin TSB180005-011220
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
This Technical Service Bulletin describes the verification and resolution to hunting during cold startups, generally in areas with cooler ambient temperatures and in some cases, the generator set will hunt until it shuts down on fault code 58 ? Exhaust Gas Temperature Shutdown. Replacing the throttle body with a ?green marked? throttle body has shown to be the most successful way to correct the issue.
