Service bulletin MC - The Wrench
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

If these prongs are not inserted fully, the seat may be difficult to install and remove. Top shelter installation - Several Honda models have a plastic top shelter that installs over a gas cap assembly that includes a rubber insulator around its circumference.
