The incorrect date of manufacture may have been printed on the fuel tank label. If the date of manufacture is incorrect, the label information will not comply with FMCSA Regulation 49 CFR, 393.67. Month and Year format required for date of manufacture. The following procedure provides instruction for the inspection and or replacement of this label.
