A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

## NHTSA's summary

This document contains the Audi pre\-delivery inspection checklist. All items must be completed prior to customer delivery by an Audi technician. Audi recommends using an Audi approved battery charger to prevent excessive battery discharge during inspection. Refer to the Special functions tab of ODIS Diagnosis using GFF for the PDI function tests. It is advised to start ODIS with the engine running to enable all 5F Test Plans in GFF and also to ensure SVM sees all control units during the SVM check vehicle configuration. For items marked with \*, please refer to the PDI Technician Reference Document posted on ServiceNet for additional information. This document is in Spanish.
