This occurs because either the ICM and / or IAM are not responding , as both ICM and IAM are involved in ALL downloads to the Sensus system . SERVICE : We have developed two new software part numbers to ? reset ? the ICM and to set it into downloading status . If you encounter a failure with a Sensus download \( upgrade or reload \) , then try to download the applicable software part \( SP
