Re: Recall Repairs Kia Motors America, Inc. \(KMA\) has identified that some dealers have not properly performed recall repairs in accordance with the repair instructions provided by KMA. This communication is reminding all Kia dealerships of the mandatory requirement under Part 2, Section IX, ¶C.4 of the Kia Dealer Sales and Service Agreement to properly perform safety recall repairs.
