Technical Bulletin \(Poor Power Steering Assistance\): This document informs of Voltage drop in power steering control unit \(J500\) at start up or during steering operation leading to Poor Power Steering Assistance. The production solution to this issue is improved software. This document discusses the "Fault Codes" necessary to diagnosis, and potential remedy of the issue. The fault codes for checking warranty coverage for servicing the vehicle are also available.
