Service Information (2013 Technician Advisory Board Contact List): This document informs of TAB which is an Enhanced Service Communication and Feedback Strategy that allows all dealership technicians to identify shortcomings in the Shared Service Processes and provide direct, unfiltered feedback by means of a multi-dealer, multi-directional path between technicians and VWGoA. This feedback is used to gain insight and correct real world issues that affect technician efficiency and undermine FRFT (VWGoA?s Fix it Right the First Time initiative).
