NHTSA's summary
Tthe installation of VAS-PC diagnostic software on VAS diagnostic devices with Windows 7 will not function, and is not supported. This applies to newly-purchased devices, and existing devices upgraded to Windows 7 using the AoA-supplied recovery DVDs.
