NHTSA's summary
The 12-00664-05 main micro module incorporated hardware enhancements inside the module. One of these enhancements inadverently affected the software logic (prior to 04.14.00) for the module LED light. There is no effect on unit operation and performance. Upgrading to 04.14.00 software corrects conflict between the hardware enhancement and the software logic.
