## NHTSA's summary

Some dealerships experienced difficulty configuring the ODIS Service Email Outbox to their dealership\-based email system. This is usually due to the required dealership\-specific information being unknown or unavailable at the time of configuration. If this configuration is not performed, it is not possible to send feedback emails. This document describes a configuration to a dedicated Email Outbox server hosted by Audi of America, Inc. This configuration precludes the need for determining and entering dealership\-specific information.
