## NHTSA's summary

Supersedes AVT\-13\-25. References to Windows® XP and non\-current diagnostic devices deleted. If more than one VAS diagnostic device is connected to the dealership network, each device must be assigned a different computer name. This applies to both brand new and refurbished VAS diagnostic devices that are placed into service alongside existing devices. The following information is specific to current VAS diagnostic laptops and diagnostic tablet devices with Windows 7.
