Supersedes ATE\-11\-22 due to updated titles and information. Various hardware, Windows® software, and user issues may cause ODIS Service diagnostic sessions to become slow or stop responding. Further user attempts to move forward or backward in a non\-responsive diagnostic session often results in diagnostic device "lockup", and a device reboot is required.
