## NHTSA's summary

As an expanding premium brand, Audi continues to acquire conquest customers from our competitors. In our continuing quest to improve customer satisfaction, we have identified the need to further explain certain vehicle features and technologies with which customers new to the brand may not be familiar. Audi is pleased to provide all dealerships with two in\-car video DVD tutorials \(one for MY2013 A6/A7 and one for MY2013 A8 models\). The tutorials cover some of the most\-asked\-about vehicle technology and features. These video\-accessible topics mirror what can be viewed on the Audi technology Web site: http://auditechnology.com.
