Service bulletin A371398 2025754-
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

| 37 13 09 2028715 | 2022-05-02. Service bulletin. After a mechatronics, torque converter, or complete gearbox replacement, the clutches must be adapted to the new component. This requires a gradual move of the clutch linings toward the optimal operating points in the most diverse load conditions. As a result, sporadic driving power disruptions lasting for less than a second or reduced shift comfort are possible over the first 500 miles. This is normal, and these issues will decrease over time. The issues can also occur if the adaptation values of the gearbox were deleted. |
| A371392 2030370- | 2017-11-17. Service bulletin. Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 37 number 12-60 dated August 6, 2012. Customer complains that the transmission malfunction warning appears in the cluster. Customer is unable to select gear. GFF scan of the vehicle finds fault P070600 (driving position sensor - implausible signal) logged in the transmission control module (diagnosis address 02). The test plan points to the F125 multi-function switch as the cause. Corrosion on the pins of the multi-function switch and its counterpart can lead to implausible signals. |
