## NHTSA's summary

Various web\-based resources used by diagnostic laptop and tablet devices, i.e.: ElsaPro, ODIS Service etc., will require \(the previously hidden\) Internet Explorer 11 update from Windows®. Please check, and if necessary restore and install the hidden IE11 update on all diagnostic devices in service using the following procedure. The Windows update process may require considerable time and device memory to complete. As a result, we recommend removing the diagnostic device from service to perform the procedures.
