## NHTSA's summary

This is an update to the November 3, 2015 communication where Volkswagen Group of America, Inc. issued a stop sale order for all 2013\-2016 model year Audi vehicles equipped with a Gen II 3.0 liter V6 TDI engine. This was in response the notice received from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and California Air Resources Board of an investigation related to certain emissions compliance matters impacting certain 3.0 liter V6 TDI engine vehicles. Audi continues to actively cooperate with the relevant authorities to resolve the November 2, 2015 EPA notice of violation.
