Service bulletin A011304 2032958-

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Engine will not start after standing in cold weather below 0°C (32°F). MIL may be illuminated with various induction and/or boost system faults stored in ECM. Moisture from the intake air condenses and collects in the charge air cooler. At cold temperatures, this moisture can freeze, causing blockage of the intake air system.
