Service bulletin AU1710021
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Suzuki Motor Corporation (SMC) sent this letter to select motorcycle distributors, to inform them about a customer satisfaction service campaign that SMC decided to conduct to install a revised engine control module (ECM) in certain 2014-2015 DL1000 motorcycles. The ECM programming has been revised to prevent engine stalling when decelerating to a stop.
