Service bulletin A241246 2031139-
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
The vehicle does not work in electric operation mode; the combustion engine does not switch off for electric driving although the high-voltage battery is fully charged. The vehicle is ready for operation (?Hybrid ready? is shown) when selecting the driving mode, the combustion engine starts. The vehicle cannot be driven electrically, or the combustion engine does not switch off for electric driving because the mixture adaptation has not yet been completed. The mixture adaptation values (programmed values) are reset after updating the engine control unit or deleting the entry. After resetting the programmed values, another program is necessary.
