## NHTSA's summary

Audi Side Assist deactivates itself immediately following the engine starting. The DTC entry "Control unit 2 for lane changing assistant \- restricted function because of low voltage, sporadic" is logged in the control unit ?3C ? Lane Change Assistant?. The control unit ?3C ? Lane Change Assistant? checks voltage after each engine on cycle and during this check the voltage can be incorrectly reported which causes the DTC to set.
