Service bulletin AOS-12-15
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
When starting up or shutting down ODIS Service, diagnostic devices on the dealership network will display an error message. This message is due to a temporary programming revision applied to the local update (mirror) server addressing process. This temporary state is necessary in order to prepare the server(s) for incremental (automatic) updates supported by the next large update version. The diagnostic software functionality is not affected. Until further notice, proceed with ODIS Service diagnostic sessions by simply clicking OK in the error message.
The document
The document is the manufacturer's. This site does not hold it. NHTSA files a document at one of these two addresses; we have not asked NHTSA which.
