VOLKSWAGEN DEALERSHIP COMMUNICATION (Availability of ODIS Service Installation Version 2.2.2 notice): This documents informs the new installation version consolidates all application and brand updates released online up to the DVD pressing date. Consolidation of the recent data results in fast initial installations on brand new diagnostic devices, and fast reinstallations on existing devices to resolve malfunctioning software. This precludes the need to further download a large volume of online updates via your dealership network after installation and enables the devices to be put into service sooner.
