Supersedes Technical Service Bulletin Group 37 number 13-16 dated September 3, 2013. The customer reports feeling a hesitation when accelerating the vehicle at lower vehicle speeds (4-10 mph). This condition is normally noticed after braking or deceleration from higher speeds (30 mph or higher), and it lasts for less than one second.
