NHTSA's summary

There are small crack lines in the top area of the headlight lens (the area covered by the lower edge of the hood). A separation mark is created inside of the plastic when the lens is removed from the tool during manufacturing of the headlight. This separation mark is normal, and it is not a defect of the part.
