NHTSA's summary
Service Information (Threaded Stud from High Voltage Adapter Set issues): The T10542/2 Threaded Studs included in the T10542 adapter set sold by Matra between October 2014 and July 2015 do not meet the specified design. The affected T10542/2 studs are marked "C 14 / MA", as shown in the picture above. There are two T10542/2 Threaded Studs in each T10542 Adapter set. We would like to explicitly state that using the non-replaced version entails a risk of injury that may lead to bodily harm. For this reason, the affected T10542/2 Threaded Studs may not be used under any circumstances! The document informs to not dispose of the materials, and keep them in a safe place. A replace meant procedure for the parts are coming in the near future
