Flash: Powertrain Diagnostic And System Improvements This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module \(PCM\) with updated software. The customer may describe a high idle speed at start up.Software enhancement will lower the idle speed for the first 20 seconds after hot start up from 1000 rpm to a base idle of 650 rpm.
