Flash: Powertrain Diagnostic and System Enhancements This bulletin involves reprogramming the Powertrain Control Module \(PCM\) with the latest available software. Customers may experience a Malfunction Indicator Lamp \(MIL\) illumination. Upon further investigation the technician may find one or more of the following DTCs:U0402 \- Implausible Data Received From TCM. P1DD2 \- Torque Request Signal From TCM Denied. U1424 \- Implausible Engine Torque Signal Received. P0101 \- Mass Air Flow Sensor "A" Circuit Performance. U0418 \- Invalid Data Received From Brake System Control Module. P0128 \- Thermostat Rationality. P0703 \- Brake Switch 2 Performance. P1185 \- General Pressure Sensor Correlation. U1504 \- Implausible Message Data Length Received From Steering Angle Sensor. In addition, the following software enhancements are available:Changes which allow the catalytic convertor to operate cooler. Multiair solenoid electrical opening change to resolve idle tick/tap issue. Cruise control enhancements.
