## NHTSA's summary

Communication to dealer that a Customer Satisfaction Campaign with customer notification is taking place. Dealers must ensure that every affected inventory vehicle with "2016 MY Volkswagen Vehicles with the MIB2 MQB Radio \(Modular Infotainment System\)" has this campaign completed before delivery to consumers. The campain is to update the software and inquire customers on their views after the update.
