NHTSA's summary
Service Information (Global User ID Prompt at Start of Diagnosis): Shortly after starting the ODIS Service application, a Login prompt to enter a "Global User ID and Password" may or may not appear. If the prompt appears, a valid GeKo ID may be entered as the User name (along with the corresponding password).
