NHTSA's summary
Dealers have expressed to Audi Warranty and Audi Product Compliance the need to streamline the campaign closure process, with the suggestion to add it to Audi Warranty Operations tab. We've done just that. As of Monday, Dec 09, the Campaigns/Updates Closure module in Audi Warranty Online/Operations will be live. Dealers will need to enter closure details into the online form instead of calling or faxing the information to Audi Warranty.
