Service bulletin A941329 2035920-
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Heavy condensation has built up in the headlight. Condensation only dissipates after the car is driven with the headlights on for at least ten minutes. There is no visible external damage to the headlight lens or housing. Humid outside air (such as during rain) can enter into the headlights through the ventilation hose.
