Service bulletin \- Honda Motor Co., Ltd. is conducting a Safety and Emissions Recall of affected 2014 NSS300/A \(Forza\) scooters. Honda has determined that a defect within the fuel pump can cause the pump to seize, resulting in a loss of fuel pressure.
