## NHTSA's summary

Concern: Vehicle is stored for a long period of time in the sun and heat, typically 30 days or more. Several cases of compressors seizing have occurred at PDI. Please use the procedure below during the PDI as a precaution. Information: The oil in the AC compressor can migrate out of the compressor. This is due to temperature variations between components in the AC system.
