J1939 tanslator The product typically connects to a vehicle?s OBDII connector and acquires proprietary vehicle data, which it translates into J1939 standard data for use by third party systems. A typical application attaches the system to the Ford F250\-F550 OBDII connector for use as a ?mini Pumper? fire truck. A split shaft PTO water pump is installed along with a Fire Research Corp ?Pump Boss? controller. The Pump Boss uses the 1939CM506 data as part of its water pump control system. any vehicle using this module to interface with Fire Research Corp "Pump Boss"
