NHTSA's summary
On the vehicles affected by this bulletin, inspect the gap between the radius rod support and the front axle. A deviation in the axle beam envelope can lead to interference between the two parts. In most cases, slightly moving the support will resolve the issue. In certain cases, replacing a set screw will be required. Exceptionally, the axle may need to be replaced.
