Service bulletin V581401 2037792

A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary

Technical Bulletin (Rattle Noise from the Right Rear Sliding Door While Driving Over Bumps): Rattle noise that sounds like metal against metal coming from the right rear sliding door area while driving over bumps. This bulletin involves modifying the rubber bumper located at the rear end of the right rear sliding door upper track. This document discusses the "Fault Codes" necessary to diagnosis, and potential remedy of the issue. The fault codes for checking warranty coverage for servicing the vehicle are also available.
