NHTSA's summary
This document contains information for the diagnostic device hardware and Windows for the remote diagnostics assistance with GoToAssist. Beginning April 1st, AoA Diagnostic Tester Software Support (DTSS) consultants will make exclusive use of GoToAssist remote diagnostics software for applicable support calls. Improved remote diagnostics support performance was determined during testing with this software (compared to Netviewer). A simple one-time setup takes place on the direction of a DTSS consultant prior to first use of GoToAssist.
