Service bulletin TSB 17-0067
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
Some 2017 F-Super Duty vehicles equipped with a 6.7L engine and built on or before 04-Aug-2017 may exhibit an illuminated MIL with DTC P203B in the powertrain control module (PCM) memory. This may be due to a low voltage condition reducing the ability of the reductant level sensor to monitor reductant tank fluid levels. Follow the Service Procedure steps to correct the condition.
