NHTSA's summary
Warranty Bulletin for Parts and Accessories addressing a problem with the coating thickness that may cause damage to the finish of the part's surface (such as scratches). Dealers are to return all inventory with serial number between 200 and 388 and if parts are installed on vehicle, dealers are to contact a BRP service representative.
