Service bulletin L-SB-0155-17
A bulletin is a manufacturer's communication to its dealers, as NHTSA indexes it. The summary is NHTSA's. The document is the manufacturer's: read it at NHTSA. A bulletin is not a recall, and listing a model year does not mean every vehicle of it is concerned.

NHTSA's summary
TSB: This bulletin provides general high-voltage safety precautions for the hybrid system. The hybrid system circuits operate with up to 650V. These high voltages are dangerous and can cause personal injury, severe burns, electric shock, and death if proper safety precautions are NOT followed. Be sure to carefully review ALL applicable Repair Manual procedures BEFORE performing service. CAUTION When servicing the high-voltage system on the 2018 NX 300h, wait AT LEAST 10 minutes AFTER disconnecting the service plug BEFORE touching ANY of the high-voltage connectors or terminals. Failure to do so may result in personal injury, severe burns, electric shock, and death.
