This Service Bulletin informs affected customers that MCI was notified by Detroit Diesel Corporation (DDC) that it has released Field Action 14W1 addressing a reprogramming change, which DDC advises will prevent fault codes and performance issues on model year 2013-2014 MCI J4500 model coaches equipped with a DDC engine, and that customers should contact their local Detroit Diesel Authorized Repair Facility to schedule an appointment, all parts and repairs will be performed by DDC and its authorized dealers.
