## NHTSA's summary

This Service Bulletin informs affected customers that MCI was notified by Cummins Inc. that customers operating a coach equipped with a Cummins ISX engine that has experienced an active 2311 fault code on MCI D model coaches and MCI J4500 model coaches, are instructed to contact the Cummins Service Network and that Cummins will install a new ECM calibration that will correct the logged code. This program is being performed only by Cummins Service Network and its authorized dealers, therefore, all parts and labor required for this program will be provided by Cummins.
