This Service Bulletin informs affected customers that coaches equipped with Allison Transmissions, may experience water migration into the transmission connector and harness, resulting in transmission codes as a result of corrosion or the potential of transmission failure on model year 2014 MCI J4500 coaches, and that MCI will remedy the affected coaches at no cost to the customers.
