This Service Bulletin informs affected customers that MCI was notified by Allison Transmission that it has released Field Action Letter 2012FA03 that addresses the need for replacement of the Dual Power Inverter Module 2 \(DPIM2\) on model year 2010\-2011 MCI D4500 model coaches. This program is being performed only by authorized Allison Transmission dealers, therefore, all parts and labor required for this program will be provided by Allison Transmission.
