NHTSA's summary
This bulletin was initially intended for a single customer. The bulletin has now been released for a second customer requesting the update. The update consists of removing the bonded hydraulic hoses (hoses that are attached to each other into a hose assembly) and replacing with individual hydraulic hoses (non-bonded) with a fabric wrap installed. The hydraulic hose assembly powers the arm that picks up garbage containers. This is being done to extend the service life of the hydraulic hose.
